More About Joe Mullen Jerseys
One of the best American hockey players of all time, Joe Mullen holds the distinction of being the first American-born player to score 500 career NHL goals. Mullen was a prolific scorer throughout his career, first lighting it up for the Blues before really hitting his stride as a member of the Calgary Flames. In 1988-89 he enjoyed a career year with the Flames, notching 51 goals and 110 points and helping the Flames to their only Stanley Cup in franchise history.
After one more year in Calgary, Mullen moved on to join the Pittsburgh Penguins. He proved an integral part of the powerhouse team that won back to back Stanley Cups in 1991 and 1992, averaging over a point a game in those two seasons.
