Darryl Sittler Rookie Card
Though Wayne Gretzky smashed records left, right and center during his prime in the 80s, there was one mark even The Great One couldn't eclipse: Most Points in a Single Game. That mark was set by Darryl Sittler in 1976 in a game against the Boston Bruins. That night Sittler was completely unstoppable, putting up 6 goals and 4 assists for a 10 point night as his Maple Leafs drubbed the Bruins. Of course, Sittler accomplished much more than that one brilliant game in his Hall of Fame career. Sittler played almost 1,100 regular season games in an NHL uniform, and averaged better than a point a game during that span, finishing with 1,121 points, including 484 goals.
Not only was he an NHL star but he also excelled at the international level, playing on the famed 1976 Team Canada squad, arguably the greatest Canadian hockey team ever assembled, in the 1976 Canada Cup.
