One of the most colorful and unspoken stars the sport of hockey has ever seen Jeremy Roenick made a name for himself primarily due to the controversy he stirred up. However, Jeremy Roenick was certainly far more than a hockey player who spoke his mind. During the 90s and 2000s he was also one of hockey’s brightest stars, and is widely considered one of the greatest U.S. born players of all time. Over his incredible career he scored more than 500 goals, and racked up better than 1,200 points as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks, Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks. His retirement from the sport left the game a little more bland. Despite the fact that he no longer plays, J.R. certainly has plenty of fans.
