I had a good laugh when I saw this footage. Alexander Semin, just back from injury, gets rocked by Marc Staal on a clean bodycheck. Alexander Ovechkin comes to his teammate's aid, obliterating Staal with a thunderous check of his own. However, Ovechkin's crunching check wasn't payback enough for Semin, who decided to get a little revenge of his own, challenging Staal to a fight. Staal has the upper hand at first, but after he goes down Semin jumps on top and starts to wildly flail at him with his fists. Not exactly classic hockey fighting style, but Semin could definitely hold his own in a basketball brawl. Check out the amusing video footage of Alexander Semin vs Marc Staal fight here:
